IX. Payments and Taxes
All sales of subscription products are final. For enjoying uninterrupted services the customer is responsible for the timely payment of the renewal fee. Prices for products offered on the website may change at any time and Fynocrat does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
X. Refund Policy
There is no refund applicable once you make the payment and your subscription got activated.
XI. Research Reports
Reports provided upon subscription are solely for the subscriber's own investment purpose. Any act of copying, reproducing, distributing or sharing our research report on social media/with any other person whether wholly or in part for any purpose without the prior written consent of Fynocrat is strictly prohibited and shall be deemed to be copyright infringement. Necessary legal action will be taken for such breach.
XII. Partial Payments for Offer Booking & for Fynocrat's Premium Service
Sometimes, our marketing team offers special deals where clients can pay a part of the total cost to secure the offer, with a deadline for the remaining payment. If a client doesn't pay by the agreed-upon date and doesn't respond to reminders, Fynocrat has the right to not activate the services, with no refund. In the Fynocrat Premium Service, clients can also choose to pay in instalments if agreed by the Investment Counselor; missed deadlines can result in deactivation with no refund.

Fynocrat distributes research without discrimination, maintains confidentiality until reports are public, respects data privacy, discloses service timelines, provides adequate caution for complex/high-risk products, and treats all clients with honesty and integrity.
D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism & How to Access It
Mode of filing with the Research Analyst: An investor may approach the concerned Research Analyst, who shall strive to redress the grievance immediately, but not later than 21 days of receipt.
Mode of filing on SCORES / RAASB: SCORES 2.0 (scores.sebi.gov.in) — a two-level review: first by the designated body (RAASB), second by SEBI; or email to the designated RAASB email ID.
If not satisfied with the resolution, the investor may file on the SMARTODR platform for online conciliation or arbitration. Physical complaints may be sent to: Office of Investor Assistance and Education, SEBI, SEBI Bhavan, Plot No. C4-A, 'G' Block, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai – 400 051.

All sales of subscription products are final. There is no refund applicable once payment is made and the subscription is activated. (Terms of Service, Sections IX–X)
For partial/instalment payments (offer bookings and the Fynocrat Premium Service): if a client doesn't pay the remaining amount by the agreed date and doesn't respond to reminders, Fynocrat has the right not to activate — or to deactivate — the services, and no refund will be given in either case.
